College Industry Visit
Description
The college industrial visit will take place over 3 days, starting from Madurai. The students will visit Vagamon and Thekkady, two popular tourist destinations in Kerala. They will see the Vagamon viewpoint, Echo Point, Lakkom Waterfalls, Periyar National Park, Spice Plantation, Butterfly Park, and Kalaripayattu Center. .

What to Expect
College students can expect to see stunning natural scenery, learn about wildlife, the cultivation of spices, over 1,000 butterflies, and the traditional martial art of Kerala during this industrial visit. They will also get to bond with their classmates and learn more about different industries and cultures.
Day 1
On Day 1, the students will drive to Vagamon and visit the Vagamon viewpoint, Echo Point, and Lakkom Waterfalls. They will stay overnight in Vagamon.
Day 2
On Day 2, the students will drive to Thekkady and visit the Periyar National Park, a tiger reserve home to a variety of wildlife. They will also take a boat ride on the Periyar Lake, visit the Spice Plantation, and the Butterfly Park. They will stay overnight in Thekkady.
Day 3
On Day 3, the students will do more sightseeing in Thekkady, such as visiting the Kalaripayattu Center. They will then drive back to Madurai and drop off at 8pm.
